Cancellation and Refund Policy

2. Cancellation of a purchase (not due to a defect)

• A customer may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product by sending a cancellation notice to the Company.
• Cancellation will only be possible if the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• In the event of cancellation not due to a defect, the Company may deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, either independently or through the company's courier service (at the customer's expense).

3. Cancellation due to defect, damage or incorrect product

• If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or different product from what was ordered, the customer must notify the company within 14 days of receipt.
• In these cases, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.
• The company will bear the shipping costs of the replacement product.

4. Refund process

• Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

5. How do I cancel?

• The request must include the customer's full name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for cancellation.

6. Restrictions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Perishable products.
• Personal care or hygiene products whose original packaging has been opened.
• Custom-made or special-order products.
