Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and promotional seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placement and shipped the day after processing is complete. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After that, shipping time is: 12 - 20 business days.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed on the site are exclusive of tax and are displayed in US dollars. This means that you may be required to pay customs and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import duties, taxes, and related fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. Payment for these charges and taxes is your sole responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
